RETURN & REFUND
Javis offers a 30-day return window, but because perfumes are hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products. Returns or replacements are only granted for wrong, damaged, or incomplete orders reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
